Who we are
This website is run by Chariot Auto Roma, the car company founded by Vincenzo Pileggi ("Chariot", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@chariotautoroma.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect:
- Your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number.
- Your message, and the model, power and configuration you chose on the site (style, colours, interior options).
- Basic technical details sent with the form, such as the date and time and your IP address, which we use only to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your choices in the configurator are remembered only in your own browser, so they carry from page to page. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible Chariot with you.
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly.
- To protect the site from spam.
We will not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing. We only send you marketing if you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@chariotautoroma.com and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law.
Security
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms, and are kept in our private email inbox.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
